This notice explains how Messify handles the information you send through this website. Using the Messify app and our meal plans is covered by our terms and conditions.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on messify.me, we receive your name, phone number and the details you choose to share, such as your plan preference, area, event date, headcount, location and notes.

If you use Messibot, the chat assistant on this website, the answers you give it (such as your name, area, plan or event details) are sent to us as a summary when you reach the end of the chat, so our team can follow up. Messibot is a scripted assistant and does not use AI.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or help you start a meal plan. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages are visited, the type of device and the approximate city. It uses cookies and does not give us your name or contact details. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

How it reaches us

Form submissions and Messibot summaries are delivered to our inbox at info@messify.me through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you, and delete them on request.
